One AI for the whole game.

We're building Brickbrain to handle everything a Roblox game needs – from game design, 3D models and animations to scripts, UI, sound, effects and testing – right inside Roblox Studio, Blender, Figma and more. And it will remember what worked, so every project makes it better.

Early development. A first internal prototype is running: it asks questions, plans a game and puts scripts into Roblox Studio. It's not public and far from finished – this page shows where we're heading.
Brickbrain – new game
I want to make a horror game where a monster chases you.
Love it! A few questions first:
  • Where does it take place – a school, a forest, a hospital?
  • Solo or with friends?
  • How long should one round last?
… and a few more.
The plan
  1. 1Game design
  2. 23D models
  3. 3World
  4. 4Animations
  5. 5Scripts
  6. 6UI

Illustration – our internal prototype isn't public yet

Today's AI writes code. A game needs much more.

Scripting is only one part

Most AI tools focus on code. But a game also needs models, animations, maps, UI, sound, effects, balancing, thumbnails and a lot of testing.

Every tool is an island

Roblox Studio, Blender, Figma, Photoshop – nothing talks to each other. You carry files and context back and forth by hand.

AI forgets what worked

Every session starts from zero. Mistakes get repeated, good solutions get lost, and nothing builds up over time.

Everything a game needs – in one flow

Not just code. Every part of a Roblox game, connected to the tools game developers already use.

1

Game design

Idea, core loop, progression and systems – written down as a living design doc.

Brain
2

3D models

Props, buildings, vehicles and characters, ready for Roblox.

Blender
3

Textures & materials

Surfaces, colours and materials that give the game its look.

BlenderPhotoshop
4

World & levels

Maps, terrain, lighting and level layout – built from the models.

StudioBlender
5

Animations

Character, tool and object animations – from rigging to the final motion.

BlenderStudio
6

Scripting

Gameplay, data saving, server security and every system in Luau.

Studio
7

UI & UX

Menus, HUD, shops and onboarding that feel good on phone and PC.

FigmaStudio
8

Economy & monetization

Balancing, rewards, game passes and developer products that stay fair.

BrainStudio
9

Sound & music

Sound effects, ambience and music that match the mood of the game.

Audio tools
10

Effects (VFX)

Particles, trails, explosions and all the small effects that add juice.

Studio
11

Testing & polish

Playtests, bug fixing, performance and the final polish.

Studio
12

Launch & live ops

Thumbnails, icons, game page – then updates based on what players say.

PhotoshopStudio
What makes it different

It learns from experience.

We build our own Roblox games with Brickbrain and train it on everything we learn. Every task, playtest and fix is saved in the brain – what worked and what didn't. Over time it knows exactly how a good Roblox game is built: which questions to ask, what to build first and what players love.

  • Trained on real game projects – starting with our own
  • Good solutions get reused, failed ones avoided
  • Asks the right questions before it builds
brain – lessons learned
  • Low-poly props keep the game smooth on phones.
  • RemoteEvent without a rate limit got exploited in playtest #3.
  • A shop with three price tiers sold better than one with six.
  • Thumbnails with a character's face got more clicks.

Illustrative concept

The plan: three parts

A model, a brain and a workspace – designed to work together. The brain and workspace run as an internal prototype; until our own model is trained, it uses existing AI models.

model
Make a coin pickup with a counter in the HUD.
Plan: 1. model a low-poly coin in Blender, 2. script the pickup and saving in Studio, 3. design the HUD counter in Figma. Starting with the model…
works across Blender, Studio and Figma
Part 1

The model

An AI specialized in creating games – not just writing code, but planning, using tools and checking its own results.

  • Specialized in game creation and tool use
  • Model-agnostic core – also works with frontier models via API
  • To be tested on our own game-creation benchmarks
Part 2 · Desktop app

The brain

Our own second brain, built for game development. Ideas, assets, scripts, decisions and lessons are linked into one knowledge graph – the model's long-term memory.

  • Markdown vault, stored on your own PC
  • Links every asset, script and decision
  • Keeps the lessons learned from every task

Part 3

The workspace

Where it all comes together: projects, tasks, tool connections, training runs and evaluations.

  • Tasks for the whole game pipeline
  • Tool connections: Roblox Studio today, Blender and Figma next
  • Rated answers become training data

How we build Brickbrain

Local-first & private

Your project knowledge stays on your machine. Nothing is used for training without explicit consent.

Responsible data

We train on data we created, licensed or have permission to use. We don't scrape other creators' games.

Measured, not hyped

Before we rely on a model version, we'll test it against reproducible game-creation benchmarks.

Built by developers

We make Roblox games ourselves. Every feature comes from our own day-to-day production.

Roadmap

Built for our own games first. Public once it has proven itself.
